At
Body and Bath Gifts, we've selected some of the best products
in the marketplace to bring wonderful fragrances into your
home and that includes products made by Maroma in Auroville,
India. Finding ourselves searching amongst hundreds of fragrances
and products, what caught our attention at first was the amazing
fragrance of 'Encens d'Auroville', the quality being apparent
in the first sampling. We were even more pleased to learn
that this is a company where "business is not done 'as usual',
but with an increasing awareness and sensitivity towards the
local and global environment, and towards the needs of Auroville,
India." We were also pleased to find these products reasonably-priced
and know that you will appreciate all of these qualities.
Enjoy!!
About
the company

an American with training in Aromatherapy in France, joined
Maroma and together, quality aromatic products made from natural
botanical substances.
Their company is based in and supports the local community
of Auroville, India. There, they employ about 100 people -

a clean and pleasant work atmosphere, health care facilities,
hygiene programs, savings schemes and nutritional snacks among
other things. What matters most to them at Maroma is how things

to focus and grow with the visionary aims of Auroville."
About
Encens d'Auroville products
Maroma has combined the traditional method of hand rolling
each individual stick of incense with an unparalleled expertise
of blending perfectly balanced natural fragrances. Their incense
is natural. The bamboo sticks are rolled into sandalwood powder
and bound together with a natural gum resin and then dipped
into their own fragrances, which have been blended with pure
essential oils.
Each and every fragrance Maroma creates conforms to the IFRA
Guidelines code of practice (International Fragrance Association,
Brussels). No animal products or materials are used in their
products.

We
know you will be very pleased to have these superb fragrant
products in your home that evoke the mood of a warm, sunny
garden.
